---Allergy---
*Alizine – a broad spectrum medicine used to treat allergic reactions in Klingons. TNG
*Cateline was a drug that could cause a simulated anaphylactic shock. VOY
*Epinephrine (Adrenaline C9H13O3N) – A hormone and neurotransmitter that has powerful effects on the sympathetic nervous system. TOS
*Immunosuppressant - A type of drug used to limit the response of the immune system in humanoids. TNG
*Cortisone - 21-carbon steroid hormone used to treat allergic reactions. NuTrek
*Stenophyl - A drug that could be used to treat anaphylactic shock. VOY

*Asinolyathin - A topical analgesic developed by Ka’Tulan scientists to treat minor aches and pains
associated with muscle spasms. DS9
*Bicaridine - Analgesic medication often used as a substitute for metorapan. TNG
*Hydrocortaline – An analgesic medicine commonly used in the 24th century to alleviate pain, especially headaches. VOY

*Axonol – A medicine that may be dispensed in gaseous form as a crowd control anesthetic. VOY
*Hyvroxilated Quint-ethyl Metacetamin - An anesthetic that when mixed in the quantities of 1/30 ppm would render a human unable to stand. DS9
*Melanex - An anesthetic commonly found in Starfleet medkits of the 2260s. TOS
*Nuerozine – A medicine that may be dispensed in gaseous form as a crowd control anesthetic. VOY

---Antibiotic/Antiviral---
*Corophizine - An antibiotic drug that was usually used to prevent secondary infections. DS9
*Cytoglobin – A drug that was used to treat chromoviral infections and arterial aging. VOY
*Hytritium - The only compound able to neutralize tricyanate contamination. It is highly unstable, expensive to produce, and too dangerous to deliver by transporter, so many traders stopped buying and selling it.
*Peridaxon - A drug used to treat Irumodic syndrome, a degenerative neurological disorder which caused progressive deterioration of the synaptic pathways. Peridaxon was simply palliative, as there was no known cure for the syndrome. TNG
*Ryetalyn - The only known cure for the deadly disease Rigelian fever. It was a rather rare mineral. TOS
*Synthetic Antigen - A manufactured anti-viral agent created from a living sample of the organism it is intended to destroy.

*Dermaline - A drug used to prevent sunburn. It can also be used to heal mild to moderate burns. ENT, VOY
*Dermaline Gel – A topical gel made of dermaline and used for treatment of first and second degree burns. ENT, VOY
*Kelotane – An injectable drug used to treat burns. VOY

---Cardiovascular—
*Benjisisrinde - A cardiovascular drug developed to treat Vulcans suffering from congestive heart failure. TOS
*Epinephrine (Adrenaline C9H13O3N) – A hormone and neurotransmitter that has powerful effects on the sympathetic nervous system. TOS
*Lectrazine - A drug used to stabilize cardiac and renal systems in humanoid patients. It can be combined with hyronalin for temporary protection against radiation

*Metrazine - A drug used to treat cardiac arrhythmia. TNG
*Vasoskin – An experimental drug which increased blood flow to humanoid organs. DS9

---Nuerological---
*Acetylcholine (C7H16NO2) a neurotransmitter found in the autonomic nervous system of most humanoid brains. The neurotransmitter plays a hand in promoting aggressive tendencies. VOY *Analeptic – A category of central nervous system stimulant drugs used to lessen the damage to neurological tissue after a catastrophic injury. It is not always effective for all races or injuries. TNG
*Cortical Analeptic – A drug typically administered via hypospray to reinvigorate tissue in the cerebral cortex. DS9
*CPK Enzymatic Therapy – A 24th century medical treatment used to limit the extent of neurological damage after a catastrophic injury. The therapy was not completely effective for all injuries or all species, such as Klingons. TNG
*Desegranine – A Cardassian drug used to reverse memory loss. The drug was utilized by the Obsidian Order to help undercover agents remember their true identities over the period of a few hours. DS9
*Lexorin – A 23rd century drug developed to treat the symptoms of malaise, as well as the multiple personality disorder associated with a Vulcan mind meld or carried a katra within. (Star Trek III)
*Noradrenaline - A hormone and neurotransmitter in the humanoid central nervous system. As a stress hormone, it affected the part of the brain that controlled alertness as well as the fight-or-flight response. Along with epinephrine or adrenaline, it increased heart rate and blood pressure, thus increasing blood flow to muscles in addition to triggering the release of glucose from the body's energy stores. TNG
*Neural Paralyzer – A central nervous system depressant standard in Starfleet medkits around the 2260s. TOS
*Synaptazine – A drug used to treat neuroleptic shock. VOY
*Theragen - A chemical compound, initially developed as a nerve gas by the Klingons. In its pure form it was lethal, but when diluted with alcohol it could temporarily deaden certain nerve inputs to the brain, having a calming effect on an insane and/or abnormally enraged person. TOS
*Trianoline – A medicine used to treat patients with percussive (concussions) injuries. VOY

*Analeptic Compound – A drug that counteracts the effects of radiation. VOY
*Arithrazine - A powerful drug used to treat extreme cases of theta radiation poisoning. VOY
*Chronexaline - A drug under development at Starfleet Medical in the year 2404, designed to protect biomatter from tachyon radiation. VOY
*Epinephrine (Adrenaline C9H13O3N) – A hormone and neurotransmitter that has powerful effects on the sympathetic nervous system. It is used to treat radiation poisoning before 2267 when it was replaced with hyronalin. TOS
*Hyronalin - Medication used to treat radiation poisoning aboard Federation starships. When combined with lectrazine, hyronalin can be used to prevent such poisoning. DS9
*Radiogenic Vaccines - A class of medications designed to protect an individual against radiation exposure. ENT

---Respiratory---
*Dexaline - A drug used to treat oxygen depravation. TNG
*Pulmozine – A drug used to treat oxygen deprivation and stimulate breathing. VOY
*Tri-Ox - A medicine used in the treatment of respiratory injuries. It was used in emergency situations as a stop-gap measure; doctors usually preferred to treat the injury itself if they had the time and capability.
*Tri-Ox Compound- An effective intravenous medicine used for rapidly oxygenating the blood cells of a living being, especially in an oxygen-poor environment such as Vulcan. Most Humans and humanoids would otherwise have had trouble getting sufficient oxygen in such environments, especially during any strenuous work or other exertions. The drug could be used as a substitute for cumbersome breathing masks and equipment in such cases. Tri-ox compound was designed to strengthen an individual's cardiopulmonary system. TOS, DS9, VOY

*Borathium – A rybotherapy developed to replace leporazine and morathial as a resuscitative drug. TNG
*Cortolin - A drug that was helpful in resuscitating patients who had stopped breathing. DS9
*Leporazine - A drug that was helpful in resuscitating patients who had stopped breathing. TNG
*Morathial Series - A group of resuscitative drugs used for one-shot dosing in simple resuscitations. TNG
*Netinaline – A stimulant used to resuscitate patients. VOY
*Quadroline – An emergency resuscitative drug used cardiac arrhythmias. TNG
*Trinephedrine – A resuscitative drug useful in battling oligemic shock. ENT

*Methohexidal (C14H18N2O3) - A sedative barbiturate substance which was primarily used in hospitals and other medical facilities. It was often used in tandem with anesthesia to induce a deep sedation. ENT
*Sonambutril – A strong sedative used mainly in medical procedures requiring deep sedation for several hours. ENT
*Tetrovaline – a medical drug used to knock a person unconscious, as well as depress the immune response. VOY

*ADTH – a gaseous stimulant which could be dispersed through a starship's life support systems. TNG
*Alazine - A medical compound in use aboard Federation starships, often used to treat anaphylactic shock. VOY
*Animazine – A stimulant used to keep a person awake. VOY
*Chloromydride – a strong second string cardiostimulant, generally used when inaprovaline was ineffective. TNG
*Cordafin – A stimulant. DS9
*Cortopine - a strong chemical stimulant useful for emergency medical treatment. It was primarily used to stimulate the heart during cardiac arrest. The drug was a red liquid and was injected with a hypospray. TOS, DS9, VOY
*Dalaphaline – A systemic stimulant. ST: tMP
*Delactovine - a systemic stimulant drug. TNG
*Epinephrine (Adrenaline C9H13O3N) – A hormone and neurotransmitter that has powerful effects on the sympathetic nervous system. TOS
*Formazine - A stimulant, acting through the lymphatic system on the central nervous system. Normally used to promote alertness and reduce fatigue, in higher doses it could cause severe restlessness and irritability. TOS
*Hyperzine – Standard stimulant. DS9
*Inaprovaline - A synaptic stimulant and cardiostimulant. It worked by fortifying the cell membranes and could be used as a preventative measure or in response to various physical illnesses. ENT, TOS, TNG, VOY
*Masiform D - A powerful stimulant that could be administered via a hypospray. TOS
*Polyadrenaline was a synthetic version of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline. It was designed as a stimulant which could aid in the revival of a patient who had died or was near death. TNG *Tricordrazine. A potent stimulant derived from cordrazine, commonly used for resuscitation. The drug is extremely powerful; 25cc’s is enough to kill a Klingon. TNG

*Myofibraline – A growth hormone prescribed for zero gravity missions. ENT
*Neodextramine Solution – A drug used to treat dehydration. VOY
*Polynutrient Solution - A parenteral nutrition formula given to patients suffering from malnutrition. DS9
*Stokaline – An injectable multiple vitamin compound. TOS
*Tesokine - A drug used to help a baby from one species to properly metabolize the nutrients from another species while in the womb.
* Trifluorinate Compound - A substance used to seal teeth to prevent decay.

---Unsorted---
*Anti-intoxicant – a preventative medicine used to prevent inebriation. ENT, DS9
*Benzocyatizine was a type of medication used to treat low serum isoboramine levels in Trill patients. DS9
*Cervaline was a drug that was used to fend off rejection of transplanted organs or tissue. VOY
*Contraception Injections – The standard form of birth control used in the Federation. The medicine had to be administered regularly, otherwise sexual intercourse could lead to fertilization and pregnancy. TOS, DS9
*Deoxyribose Suspension - A fluid derived from DNA as a carrier agent. TNG
*Dermatiraelian Plasticine - A dermal regenerative agent used to maintain skin resilience after large-scale cosmetic surgery. DS9
* Ipecac - A purple-tinted drug in liquid form which, when ingested, causes severe gastric distress in Humans. Ipecac is typically used to force a patient to vomit out anything ingested. DS9
*Mirazine - drug used in the 22nd century that reduced the time necessary for decompression when boarding and leaving a starship. ENT
*Niaxilin - A drug that could be used to separate two Denobulans during their mating period when they became too aggressive. ENT
*Peratheline – a drug that relieve space sickness. Star Trek: Titan
*Rejuvenation Drugs - A class of drugs intended to extend one’s life span. DS9
*Retinax V was a medication usually prescribed as a treatment for people with age-related vision problems in the 23rd century. ST II: WoK
*Ribosome Infusion - A treatment for extreme cell damage. It was often difficult to find a suitably compatible donor for the infusion, but the compatibility could cross species.
*Serotonin – A naturally occurring neurotransmitter biochemically derived from tryptophan, serotonin is primarily found in the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract), blood platelets, and the central nervous system (CNS) of animals, including humans. It is popularly thought to be a contributor to feelings of well-being and happiness.
*Vertazine - A drug typically administered in a hypospray to remedy dizziness. TNG
